TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA: pursuant to the Italian Legislative

Decree nr. 196 of June 30th,  2003, the shop manager is obliged to

implement any measure aiming at protecting the acquired personal

data and treat them according to the law dispositions only.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES: Pursuant to Art. 13 of the

Law 675/96, the interested party shall have specific rights, such as:

- to obtain the confirmation about the existence or lack of personal

data and their communication in a comprehensible form; - to obtain

the information about the origin of personal data as well as the

purpose and modality of the treatment; - to obtain the cancellation,

transformation into anonymous form or the blockage of data processed

trespassing the law, including the updating, rectification and the

integration of data, whenever necessary; - to oppose the treatment

for legitimate reasons.

PURPOSE OF DATA TREATMENT: The treatment of data related to

offered services shall be carried out at the head office of the owner

of data treatment by employees/collaborators only, duly appointed

as persons in charge for the treatment. Personal data given by the

users shall be used for the execution of the required services only

and shall not be disclosed to third parties, unless the communication

is due pursuant to the law or is strictly connected to the performance

of the user requirements.

TYPE OF TREATED DATA: These data are directly and voluntarily provided

by the user. The voluntary and explicit use of e-mail and telephone services

implies the consequent acquisition of e-mail address, telephone number and

data of the user, necessary for the execution of the required services.

MODALITY OF DATA TREATMENT: Personal data shall be processed with

electronic and digital instruments for the time required to reach the purposes

for which they have been gathered. Special safety measures shall be observed

to prevent the loss of data, unlawful or improper use and unauthorized access

pursuant to the minimum safety measures.

CONFERRING OF DATA: The conferring of data is required to accomplish

contractual, accounting and fiscal obligations related to them. The user is

free to release his personal data indicated in the information application

forms. In case required data have not been conferred, the service shall not

be rendered.
